All that graffiti on the Icon is distracting & takes away from the sex appeal. It looks like a billboard advertisement on a football jersey. They should pay you to parade their logo around like that. No armor in the 2nd one? What's up with that? The ground is insanely hard. All the joe rocket stuff that I've seen is waist length jackets that barely cover the lower back. Personally I prefer the full length jackets (3/4 length or whatever they're called) that can be zipped to the pants. I'd go with the atomic if there were no other choices anywhere. Is price a primary factor? Keep looking. Rant On: And what is it with crash gear anyway? Too much of it is covered with logo's or fruitcake colors and pscyho patterns. It's like most places designed the gear then went "oh, we need to add some kind of color to this and these stripes looked really cool on a race car once and oh heck just patch something together with whatever is in stock and make sure the nonartistic colorblind guy does all the work." That's not always the case however most stuff in the motorcycle shops tend to be that way...especially the hideous offroad stuff. It's really not that hard to find someone out there who could design sensible patterns that would be presentable in polite company. Heck, I'll contract my costuming design skills to them if they'll let me. Rant Off. <--- Snobbish Renaissance and Post Elizabethan to 1880's theatre costume designer. tell 'em bee and burgi if you think leather jackets are heavy never get a bate's leather jacket. the old one i had about doubled my weight

It's just cause I'm such a petite little flower, Buzz. Tell that to the medieval knight 10 seconds after he gets unhorsed in a joust. Unlike the chainmail dude, he will get up and knife you for insolence.

The deal is done. It took me a bit to confirm because I had to wait and see if I would win the auction on ebay. Just found out and the Joe Rocket Twist jacket is on it's way to me today. Just hope it fits now!

Got my jacket last week. Took it out for a field test today. The fit is great, very comfortable. The only thing I don't like about it is the collar. The edge of it digs into my neck while I'm riding, I need to sew or apply some kind of liner to soften the edge.

Fishball, nice jacket. I had the same issue with my leather jacket once. After applying leather conditioner a few times, it got softened.
