Will a front fender from an '83 650sc fit an '82?

I have an '82 nighthawk that I am currently working on and was wondering if the newer style(non-chrome) fender off an '83-'86 would bolt right up to it? If not, how difficult would it be to make it fit? I will probably end up doing it either way but I kinda want to know what I'm in for before I buy. Thanks for your time and help.

I doubt it. The 82 and 83 650's are totally different animals.
