I took my bike out today for my first ride ever.   drooler
I have not yet taken the course, and I know that some of you will be disappointed, find comfort in that I was wearing all my gear, and have been doing much research on how to ride safely....it was a very enjoyable time, gong up and down and around my block.

My heart was racing with excitement, which I think lead in part to my visor getting soaked with condensation.   Boy did it suck having to stop and take care of that.  What is the solution? I'm guessing I need to open the vents on this helmet and get some air flow, is this right?

Do I need to  add micro fibre cloth to my list of things to have handy whilst on my machine??

Pop the visor open one notch when it's doing that. Problem solved.

Yeah it's one of the curses of riding. In cooler or rainy weather it's worse.

Some of the pricier helmets have anti-fogging shields, but that wears off.

I just pop it open a notch like BB.

Glad you liked your first ride!

Check you helmet to see if there are vent openings. Most helmets have vents near chin area and top/back of the helmet. You may pop open the visor at full stop or slow speed as others suggested.
