I'm putting my free CB700s back into one piece, engine mounted, and i want to make sure it fires up before I put much more money into It. When it comes to hooking up the coils to the spark plugs, Whats the firing order? Any help is appreciated Thanks in advance.

One coil fires cylinders 1 and 4, the other fires 2 and 3, but I can't remember which coil is which  shog

When the coils are mounted to the frame (and you are sitting on the bike), the left coil fires cyl 1 and 4 (doesn't matter which one goes to 1 or 4). And the right one fires cyl 2 and 3 (again, doesn't matter which one goes to 2 or 3).

Because i'm a visual learner so thought i'd post a graphic depicting the wiring setup as sitting on the bike.
